How long does visa processing take?
For applicants in the Philippines, the total process typically takes 8 to 12 weeks. This includes medical exams, mandatory seminars (PDOS/CPCP), and the DMW (POEA) clearance. For those already in Hong Kong (contract renewals or transfers), the visa approval usually takes 4 to 6 weeks.
What are the fees?
For Domestic Helpers: Under the “Zero Placement Fee” policy, workers do not pay a placement fee. The Employer or Agency covers the costs of the visa, airfare, and contract verification. Workers usually only shoulder personal documentation (Passport, NBI Clearance, etc.).
Mandatory Insurance: This is required for all OFWs and is typically paid for by the recruitment agency.
Do you provide guarantees?
Yes. As a licensed agency, we provide a Joint and Solidary Liability guarantee. This means the agency is legally responsible alongside the employer to ensure your salary is paid and the terms of your contract (like rest days and medical care) are strictly followed. We also provide repatriation assistance in case of emergencies or contract issues.
